Charles joined Rainbow Design Services, Inc. in March of 1999 after graduation from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Computer Science.

Charles started as a Drafter, and was promoted to Designer in less than 2 years, and in 2008 was promoted to his current role as Supervisor of our BAU Comcast Team.
 
Charles' team focuses primarily on the Southern Division of Comcast; providing accurate, efficient, and cost effective designs for residential, MDU, and commercial plant extension. Charles manages the coordination between customers and his team to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet rigid quality standards each and every time. Charles' team also provides support to the Insight Services Department.
