Juan joined Rainbow Design Services, Inc. in October of 2008 after working for his father’s business for seven years. Before that Juan worked at Cable Engineering for three and a half years working as a Cable strand and asbuild drafter. Juan also worked with the sweep and balance departments, and was the project manager for the permitting department. Juan graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Computer Aided Drafting and is highly versed in use of FocusOne, Focus95, Focus98, Bentley Comms, Spatialnet, Microstation, AutoCAD and Lode Data.

Juan worked for a year as a drafter and was promoted to RF relayer in his second year with Rainbow Design Services where he has a reputation as one of the pre-eminent relayers in the company for quality and production.  Juan has proven to be a great Design and Relay trainer as well.

In Juan's third year, he was promoted to Designer for the BAU Comcast department for six months were he excelled at turning out 8 to 10 extensions a day and demonstrating a real skill for completing node-splits.  In fact, Juan was recognized as Rainbow's 2010 Company MVP for his contributions and stellar performance that year!

In July of 2011 Juan was promoted to Production Supervisor were he oversees the production drafting department, final package deliveries, development of the employees, team motivation, project set up, spec preparation and much, much more.
