Ryan began his career with Rainbow in 2009 as a drafter, and within a year was promoted to Training Coordinator.  As Training Coordinator, Ryan was tasked with updating existing training manuals to suit the evolving company demands, with creating new manuals for SPATIALinfo as we adopted the SPATIALnet product and with integrating it into Rainbow Design Services Drafting, Relay and Production Design departments.

Ryan also updated and extended our Bentley Comms training manuals for use in our Relay and Fiber Departments, and took on the creation of other miscellaneous user guides/manuals for our phone system, MS Outlook and other necessary tools and technologies core to working for Rainbow Design Services, Inc.

Ryan was instrumental in making new hire training more robust so that all new hires are better prepared once they complete initial training, and the results were impressive - given that new hire trainees have been hitting the production floor producing bigger numbers with fewer quality issues than in previous years.  

In 2011 Ryan was promoted to Production Supervisor.  Ryan says "I am excited to be back in the Production Department where I began my Rainbow career.  This is where I feel I can make the biggest impact and help the company's processes and resulting deliveries to customers even better!"
