Here at Rainbow Design Services, Inc - we've been serving many Service Provider customers in numerous markets for more than 20 years.  We are deeply appreciative of every customer that chooses to employ Rainbow Design Services, Inc., and we hope we've impacted your bottom-line positively in very big ways.

As most of our customers know, we are very diligent about ensuring on-time delivery, exceeding customer expectations for each and every project (small and large) - and for being more thorough than anyone in our business relative to quality. 

As a part of our focus on customer satisfaction and to affirm the statements above, we ask every customer to participate in a "Customer Satisfaction Survey" roughly each calendar year.  In an effort to streamline this process we are moving the survey to the web.  Of course, we want and need your input at all times - so as please keep communication lines open with your project manager, design contact, BAU rep or key contact here at Rainbow Design.  Should you feel you have a concern and aren't certain where to take that concern - drop an email anytime to
