Cell Site Survey & Documentation
Rainbow Design Services, Inc. has more than 20 years of experience in surveying, mapping, engineering and building networks for our varied customers. As Cellular technology has become rapidly ubiquitous, we have been tasked with varied projects around these services and facilities. This exposure prompted our Engineering and Design teams to closely consider the use of existing tools and processes, as well as to extend some of those tools to create a bundle of best practices for documenting a Cell Site.
We are confident that the tools and processes we use to document and maintain the inventory of equipment, associated connectivity, rack/row/slot location and even geospatial/geographical placement for the site itself will be of tremendous value to our existing and potential customers as demands change requiring both major and minor upgrades to your facilities. Our offering is built around software that provides detailed view of the ports, equipment (front & back), rack (front and back), row, entire floor-plan, and all associated connectivity for a site, track weight, powering and heating/cooling requirements. Functionality includes the ability to trace connections from device to device and to identify outages and points of potential failure.
As with all of our offerings, Rainbow Design Services, Inc. offers Cell Site Survey, Documentation and Engineering nationwide. We also offer as an option, once this work is completed, to host and maintain the resulting CAD/Engineering drawings, details and associated Maps. We can serve your data up for you with a variety of solutions including viewers and web clients. These services are aimed at helping your organization prevent the need for major site survey work in the future, which will pay big dividends at upgrade time. Backhaul Design and Estimation
These services are ideal for the organization that has excess infrastructure in a serving area, but is uncertain exactly what is needed to provide Backhaul services to the Wireless providers in your area. Rainbow Design Services has tools and processes that are tailored to answer these questions. In certain situations, we can provide these estimates without Field Survey - but even when this is necessary Rainbow can provide your organization with a Survey, Bill of Materials, complete Engineering & Design, and mapping data to pursue this business across both small and large geographic areas.
